Energy

"Building the Future — Clean, Continuous, and Sovereign Energy"

Olprim Group's Energy vertical is built on three complementary power matrices: thermal generation via crude oil for hydrocarbon-rich regions; solar systems combined with sand-based thermal storage (Solar Sand Battery), ensuring uninterrupted 24/7 power supply; and the Blue Heart System (BHS) — Olprim's flagship proprietary technology and the cornerstone of its long-term energy vision.

Blue Heart System — The Engineering of Gravity

The Blue Heart System (BHS) was conceived as an energy conversion system that harnesses gravitational potential energy through a virtually incompressible fluid to generate controlled pressure differentials, subsequently converted into mechanical and electrical energy. The fluid acts as the transmission medium for Earth's gravitational field — allowing hydrostatic states to be manipulated through isolated chambers, valves, and hydraulic timing devices.

Unlike conventional hydroelectric systems, which rely on continuous water flow, the BHS operates on a fundamentally different architecture: it stores and switches pressure states within a closed-circuit hydraulic system, enabling pulsed operation without volumetric loss. This multi-stage approach decouples energy generation from geography, weather, or fuel supply.

Operational viability analysis confirms that the BHS can be built with existing industrial technology, requires no consumables, presents high-efficiency potential, and features a modular, scalable architecture. Once validated at industrial scale, the Blue Heart System is positioned to introduce a new paradigm of continuous energy generation — driven entirely by controlled hydrostatic conversion, with zero emissions, zero intermittency, and full autonomy.

Protected by international patent BR2025050352, the BHS architecture is designed to support remote monitoring and predictive maintenance capabilities, with a projected operational lifespan of 24 years subject to engineering validation. Preliminary engineering analysis projects significant energy cost reductions and a favorable return on investment profile — figures subject to independent validation at industrial scale.

Real Estate

"Building the Future, Financing the Present"

Olprim Group operates in the real estate market through strategic partnerships focused on urban development and high-impact housing finance. Olprim Group is developing a structured real estate initiative in partnership with engineering and concession firms, designed to offer discounted mortgage credit to public servants in Brazil. The addressable market is estimated at up to 1.3 million eligible users, with an average ticket of US$150,000 per unit — representing a total addressable opportunity of approximately US$200 billion. The initiative is currently in the structuring phase, with fund deployment contingent upon contract execution.

The model integrates urban construction partnerships with Olprim's proprietary ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms) building technology, delivering faster execution cycles, reduced lifecycle costs, and superior thermal and acoustic performance. The Group's development plan includes the construction of up to 14,000 housing units using this technology, subject to project approval and financing — aligning constructive innovation with the growing demand for social housing.

Facilities

"Smart Urban Infrastructure for the Cities of Tomorrow"

Olprim Facilities is a project genuinely conceived by Olprim Group to transform the management of public sanitation infrastructure in Brazil. The initiative envisions the implementation, operation, maintenance, and exploitation of self-cleaning, intelligent public toilets across public areas of Brazilian cities — with a target of 557,000 units nationwide over the program's full deployment horizon.

The total projected investment is estimated at US$55.7 billion, subject to phased contracting and government partnership agreements. The self-cleaning smart toilet technology selected for this initiative has demonstrated operational viability in international deployments. Olprim's implementation program for Brazil is currently in the development and structuring phase, combining connectivity and user-centered design — positioning Brazil at the forefront of smart urban infrastructure. More than a sanitation project, Olprim Facilities represents a new way of thinking about public space: safe, hygienic, sustainable, and accessible to the population at scale.

Logistic

"The Best Freight — Simplifying the Complexity of Logistics"

Olprim Group's Logistics vertical is represented by The Best Freight Project, a proprietary initiative created to structurally transform freight contract management in Brazil. The project targets the three major inefficiencies in the sector — loading, transportation, and unloading — with the core premise of eliminating intermediaries and substantially reducing contractual and logistical costs across the entire chain.

The addressable market represents US$ 20 billion annually, equivalent to 5% of Brazil's freight fleet. The Best Freight methodology replaces spot-market volatility with multi-year contracts bundling committed freight volumes, pre-negotiated costs (fuel, tires, maintenance), and service-level guarantees — creating a predictable and sustainable ecosystem for carriers, shippers, and receivers alike. The governance model is structured across three layers: guarantee and payment management, freight and capacity management, and support, benefits, and service management — orchestrated by strategic partners to ensure contracting excellence and financial upside for all stakeholders.

Special Projects & Consulting

"Strategic Intelligence for Complex Challenges"

Olprim Group's Special Projects & Consulting vertical brings together high-complexity initiatives that demand an integrated advisory approach, combining expertise across engineering, finance, energy, agribusiness, and infrastructure. One of the anchor pillars within this vertical is the development of comprehensive strategic consulting frameworks that address energy and food sovereignty challenges in emerging markets.

The proposal connects the pillars of human, economic, social, and environmental development to execution programs with clear targets, measurable metrics, and practical levers — translating strategic direction into implementable initiatives. This integrated consulting model positions Olprim as a long-term partner for governments, financial institutions, and organizations facing multidimensional challenges, where isolated sectoral solutions are insufficient to deliver sustainable, scalable results.
